Singapore Airlines x Visit Melbourne & Destination Gold Coast

Objective

The campaign aimed to promote vaccinated travel to Australia, highlighting Singapore Airlines and Scoot as the preferred carriers. By partnering with Australia's tourism boards, Visit Melbourne and Destination Gold Coast, we aimed to position Singapore Airlines as the top choice for those eager to be among the first to visit Australia post-reopening.

Solution

We produced engaging livestreams that showcased Melbourne and the Gold Coast, featuring influencer and host Jade Seah as the host. The shows highlighted key attractions, activities, and travel experiences, while promoting the benefits of flying with Singapore Airlines and Scoot for vaccinated travelers.

Results

The livestream shows were a huge success, driving a 30% increase in KrisFlyer's follower base and boosting engagement with audiences eager to explore Australia.

Singapore Airlines x Marion Grasby

Objective

The campaign aimed to promote Singapore as a travel destination to Australian audiences, a key market for Singapore Airlines. The goal was to highlight Singapore's vibrant food scene, culture, and attractions to encourage Australian travellers to explore the destination.

Solution

We partnered with Marion Grasby, a well-known culinary personality, to create engaging content that showcased Singapore's diverse offerings through her unique perspective as both a cook and an Australian influencer. The campaign featured a mix of travel and food-related content, focusing on Singapore’s rich cultural and culinary experiences, encouraging Australian audiences to consider Singapore Airlines for their next trip.

Results

The campaign achieved a 10% increase in Australian followers and generated significant media coverage, with mentions from leading Singaporean news platforms Mothership.sg and The New Paper. This resulted in heightened brand visibility and increased engagement within the Australian market.

GWM Tank 300 & 500

Objective

The campaign aimed to raise awareness and drive consideration for the GWM Tank 300 and Tank 500, highlighting their features, performance, and versatility for both adventure enthusiasts and everyday drivers in Australia.

Solution

To achieve this, I partnered with a mid-tier creator and a macro creator — one focused on travel and adventure, the other on family content — to showcase the Tank 300 and Tank 500's adventure capabilities and everyday practicality.

 

Results
The campaign achieved 5.1M total views, with 407K organic views generating an impressive organic engagement rate of 3.46%, indicating strong audience interaction and interest in the vehicles.

Singapore Airlines x Cheeserland

Objective
The campaign aimed to capitalize on the anticipated surge of excitement surrounding Japan's reopening, driving sales and ticket redemptions for Singapore Airlines' most popular destinations, Tokyo and Osaka.

Solution
We collaborated with Cheeserland (Cheesie), a popular Malaysian influencer known for her passionate content on life in Japan. Through a series of travel-focused posts and stories, we highlighted the unique experiences in Tokyo and Osaka, showcasing these destinations as must-visit locations with Singapore Airlines as the preferred airline to reach them.

Results
The campaign successfully drove sales and redemptions for flights to Tokyo and Osaka, tapping into the growing interest in Japan travel and positioning Singapore Airlines as the go-to airline for travellers heading to Japan.

KKday's launch in Singapore

Headquartered in Taiwan, KKday is Asia’s leading travel e-commerce platform that connects users to local tours from all over the world. In 2016, KKday launched in Singapore officially, with an event attended by media guests, industry partners and influencers.

The launch event was complimented by #taiwantrippin — a social media campaign organised in collaboration with Taiwan Tourism Bureau, Tigerair Taiwan, Citibank and more.
