Written for KKday, a travel e-commerce that simplifies the itinerary-planning process


Problem: KKday's inaugural launch in Southeast Asia meant there was little to no awareness about the platform in this region. KKday operated mainly in Traditional Chinese, which was foreign to most Singaporeans.


Strategy: By analysing tourism performance and market insights data, I created localised content favoured by our target audience, Singaporeans. I also worked with influencers with strong SEO to increase KKday's web ranking and drive sales.


Results: 89.91% increase in web sessions, with Alexa ranking down from 11,000 to 1600 in 5 months.
